Global Cycle Rides offers a very simple cancellation policy to enable as much flexibility for you as possible. You can cancel 48 hours before the ride departure time and get a full 100% refund, with no questions asked. Frequent travelers often have changes to flights, meetings and priorities, so you can manage your booking online, just Login to your Profile and Cancel.
In the event of bad weather or other unsafe events, Rides can be cancelled up to 1 hour before departure. If this occurs, an email will be sent by the Ride Leader to all riders, so you should check your email before leaving for the ride. As many travelers change mobile sim cards when they travel, we will not be texting cancellations notices.
A 100% refund is provided in the event that GCR needs to cancel a ride due to safety reasons. If you wish to book a ride on another day, you can go through the normal online booking and payment process.
